OEM Account Manager - Sales Engineer (100K to 300K total comp)
A local firm is looking to hire HVAC – Building Automation Sales Engineers / Account Managers in Maryland and Virginia markets with a good HVAC knowledge of equipment, parts or supply needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or related fields.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record in customer relationship management.
Deep understanding of the HVAC industry landscape.
Ability to develop strategic marketing and market planning initiatives.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset.
