A day in the life. As our Claims Service Representative on the Business Insurance Claims team, you will be the key connector between clients, service staff, and insurance carriers. You will handle claim information processing, guide clients through reporting procedures, and keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish. You will also support our Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure a seamless, efficient claims experience for everyone involved.

1+ years of experience processing and managing Property & Casualty insurance claims with accuracy
Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams
Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation
Proficiency with software systems, including Excel
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity
Additional qualifications (optional)
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategy
Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers

The applicable base salary range for this role is $39,200 to $72,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
