Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients and provide them with information about our services
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with our team to ensure timely service delivery
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify and elevate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department
Keep up-to-date with our services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
