Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Family-Owned Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year - Fairfield, NJ
Our client, an independent agency with nearly a century of experience is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Fairfield, NJ. This role offers the chance to be part of a close-knit group that values long-standing client relationships and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers handling a general book of commercial accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, claims, and policy updates.
Conduct marketing, remarketing, and rating for accounts.
Issue policy certificates of insurance and ID cards.
Address customer issues and ensure follow-up to resolve concerns.
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience handling commercial accounts.
Knowledge of Applied EPIC.
Current valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
Compensation:
Base salary to 75k/year.
Group benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401k.
10 holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and 3 personal days.
This is an in-office role.
