Assist customers with basic sign-up or onboarding processes

Address general customer questions and concerns

Maintain accurate records of interactions

Support team members during campaign activities

Attend team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in face-to-face environments
