$18.00 — $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries.

Provide clear and accurate information about company services.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Handle incoming inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Resolve basic customer issues and elevate concerns when necessary.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

Qualifications Minimum requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
