We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications, public relations, or a related field. As an Entry Level Communications Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the organization’s communication efforts both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Manage and update content across social media platforms ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Support the coordination and execution of communication campaigns and events.
Monitor media coverage and compile reports on industry trends and public perception.
Respond to basic inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and the public in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update contact databases and communication records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of media relations and communication principles.
