
Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are hiring remote call center representatives in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, adhering to call center goals.
Handle an average of 65 calls per day.
Handle calls regarding respiratory resupply, oxygen, order status of requests, and troubleshooting order requests from doctors.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Answer questions about products and services, retail stores, general service line information and other information as necessary based on customer call needs.
Process orders, route calls to appropriate resources, and follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Review all required documentation to ensure accuracy.
Accurately process, verify, and/or submit documentation and orders.
Complete insurance verification to determine patient's eligibility, coverage, co‑insurances, and deductibles.

MUST HAVE: 2+ years of call center experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits Pay: $16.00 – $16.00 /hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan or program terms.
