Accountabilities
Own features from early concept through shipped product, including research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
Lead visual and motion design work across web and mobile, ensuring high standards of craft and attention to detail.
Manage and evolve the Figma component library and design system for consistency and scalability.
Design intuitive solutions for complex information and nuanced features.
Assist in user research to identify and prioritize problems worth solving.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to clearly communicate design rationale.
Maintain an ethical and experimentation-based perspective on AI integration in design workflows.
Requirements
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills showcased through a strong portfolio.
Hands‑on experience managing design systems and component libraries (Figma proficiency required).
Strong understanding of motion design as a communication tool.
Experience in designing products that simplify complex information for a broad audience.
Fluency with lean research methods for user feedback integration.
Comfortable designing across both native mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross‑functional teams.
