Our client, in the online betting & real money wagering sector, is seeking a

detail-oriented and proactive Product Quality Assurance & Content Specialist

to ensure their products meet high standards of functionality, performance, and content quality across designated markets.

The role involves

testing product features, verifying content accuracy, analysing competitors, and contributing ideas to improve user experience and overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities Product Quality Assurance

Test product features including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay functionality

Verify performance across different devices and user flows

Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company standards

Report bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities

Payments & Competitor Benchmarking

Analyse deposit and withdrawal flows for the company’s brands and competitors

Review payment methods and overall user experience

Compare payment speed, limits, UX, and communication

Provide structured reports with actionable insights

Translations & Content

Review and proofread translated content for accuracy and tone

Support content creation aligned with brand guidelines

Ensure website content is clear and market-appropriate

Competitor Research & Website Improvements

Conduct competitor analysis on features, promotions, UX, and content

Identify trends and opportunities to improve websites and customer journeys

Telegram Community Research

Analyse leading Telegram channels in target markets

Evaluate messaging style, tone, structure, and engagement strategies

Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Analytical mindset with structured reporting skills

Excellent written communication skills in English & Arabic

Comfortable testing websites and digital platforms

Ability to work independently and follow structured instructions

Availability during CET working hours

Comfortable working within the online betting and wagering industry

Nice to Have

Experience in QA, digital product testing, or content review

Experience in competitor analysis or market research

Experience managing Telegram or social media communities
