Responsibilities
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will support the Advanced Materials Business Unit to focus to implement, communicate and improve our CI Maturity Assessment Scorecard each year (CI Culture).
Provide guidance and framework for the manufacturing site to establish CI best practices.
Develop and manage an effective pipeline of CI projects to meet our goals.
Assist in the implementation, communication, and enhancement of the CI Maturity Assessment Scorecard annually, contributing to CI culture development.
Monitor and support the monthly CI Scorecard, ensuring alignment with improvement goals.
Actively participate in site review processes to track progress and ensure CI initiatives are on target.
Collaborate with sites to assist in the development of three-year strategic plans to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Support the identification, development, and management of a pipeline of CI projects to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
Regional candidates preferred. $110K-$130K.
Requirements
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will BS Degree in Engineering and 3+ years experience of broad exposure to all aspects of plant operations with emphasis on Continuous Improvement, Plant Operations Leadership, or integration.
Lean and/or Six Sigma.
Process Safety Management.
Must be proven change leaders across a significant organization.
Willingness to travel 10%.
