Responsibilities
Leadmid/long-term business planning (2025–2027) for LGES-related logisticsoperations.
Identifyand evaluate new business opportunities (yard expansion, shuttleoperations, forwarding, etc.).
Supportbusiness unit strategy initiatives.
Buildand maintain financial models (Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, EBIT, CF, ROI).
Supportmonthly/quarterly business performance reviews (MBR, CEO reporting).
Coordinatecross-functional communication with Operations, Finance, Engineering, andexternal vendors.
Supportimplementation of new operational processes and system improvements.
Coordinatekey projects (yard setup, equipment investment, process redesign, etc.).
Trackprogress against timelines, budget, and KPIs.
Driveexecution with ownership and accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
0–3years of experience in strategy, FP&A, or logistics operations.
Experienceworking in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
Bilingualproficiency in English and Korean
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $55,000–$75,000 peryear. Base salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, qualifications,and skills.
