We’re looking for a

performance‑driven Growth Marketer who thrives on experimentation, rapid iteration, and hands‑on campaign execution.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into the details of paid media platforms, uncovering insights through data, and turning those insights into measurable growth.

Role Summary You’ll be responsible for

building and scaling paid acquisition programs across major digital channels . Your day will involve launching campaigns, analyzing results, refining creative and targeting, and constantly testing new ideas to improve efficiency and expand reach. This is a highly operational role where you’ll own performance outcomes end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels

Oversee daily campaign operations, including setup, optimization, pacing, and scaling

Track and interpret performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC) to guide decision‑making

Run structured experiments across audiences, messaging, creative variations, bidding strategies, and budgets

Identify trends quickly and take decisive action to improve results

Collaborate with creative partners to refine ad concepts based on real‑time performance data

Work with product and marketing teams to improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels

Maintain accurate attribution and reporting using tools like Singular, ensuring clean data and reliable insights

Explore new channels, formats, and tactics to unlock incremental growth opportunities

Operate within the compliance requirements of regulated industries, ensuring campaigns meet platform and legal standards

What You Bring

Hands‑on experience

managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms

Strong

analytical

instincts and

comfort working with performance data and attribution tools

A bias toward action — you move quickly, test constantly, and iterate based on results

Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, product, and marketing teams

Experience working within

regulated environments (finance, credit, etc.) is a plus
