Digital Marketing Director/SEO Specialist (Semi-Remote)

Position Summary Confidence Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Branding Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of our digital presence across multiple dealership locations. This role will be responsible for driving online visibility, increasing lead generation, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of digital strategy and work closely with General Managers and Sales Managers to align marketing efforts with inventory and sales goals.
Website & Platform Management
Manage and optimize dealership websites (Dealer.com and all rooftop sites)
Ensure accurate inventory listings, pricing, and promotions
Improve website performance, user experience, and lead conversion
Digital Advertising (SEM / Paid Media)
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns
Google Ads (Search, Display)
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI
Track and report on performance metrics (CPC, CPL, conversions)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings across all dealership websites
Utilize knowledge of HTML and CSS to enhance and optimize SEO page structure, formatting, and on-page performance
Create and implement keyword strategies using data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, YouTube and broader Google trends
Generate fresh, relevant content ideas tailored to each brand and market
Build and execute linking strategies and content distribution strategies to increase domain authority and visibility
Monitor SEO rankings, analyze competitor performance, and adjust strategies to continuously improve results
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) and local citations to enhance local search presence and customer experience
Regularly track, measure, and communicate SEO performance metrics and progress to leadership
Social Media & Branding
Oversee all social media platforms and content strategy
Ensure consistent branding across all stores
Collaborate with stores on promotions, events, and campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance metrics: website traffic, lead volume, conversion rates
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership
Collaboration & Strategy
Work directly with General Managers and Sales Managers
Align marketing campaigns with inventory, specials, and sales goals
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing (automotive preferred)
Strong expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, and local) and SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Knowledge of HTML & CSS for website and SEO optimization
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
