Overview Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for driving effective communication and engagement for Konica Minolta’s Office Products portfolio through clear, product‑focused marketing programs. This role translates product value propositions into impactful marketing initiatives that improve product understanding, strengthen market relevance, and support customer and internal engagement. The ideal candidate can take complex product details and build integrated go‑to‑market plans, messaging, and content that simplify, clarify, and elevate our technology in the market.

Responsibilities Integrated Marketing Programs

Translate product features and differentiators into compelling, market‑facing messaging across digital, social, content, events, and internal channels.

Develop strategic plans that support product adoption and meet clear business and buyer needs.

Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure accuracy and clarity in all product narratives.

Support product launches with structured rollout plans, messaging frameworks, and supporting materials.

Ensure programs are aligned to business priorities, product timelines, and audience expectations.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Serve as the primary marketing lead across Product, Sales, Digital, Channel Marketing, Communications, and creative teams.

Liaise with Channel Marketing partners to ensure activation assets are aligned for dealer and partner usage.

Provide guidance to creative partners to ensure product clarity and strong execution.

Content Development & Messaging

Oversee development of clear, product-focused marketing content including videos, explainers, solution narratives, comparison tools, landing pages, and customer stories.

Maintain consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints while ensuring accuracy and usability.

Ensure content supports both product engagement goals and the broader brand framework.

Marketing Experience & Engagement

Translate product stories into cohesive, engaging experiences across digital and live environments.

Ensure materials and campaigns align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

Support internal communication efforts to strengthen product understanding within the organization.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

Track performance of marketing initiatives, analyzing engagement, usage, and asset effectiveness.

Provide reporting and recommendations to refine and improve future programs.

Contribute insights toward product perception, clarity, and market response.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

5+ years in product marketing, brand activation, integrated marketing, or similar B2B marketing roles.

Strong ability to simplify technical content into clear, customer‑ready messaging.

Experience developing product‑focused content and marketing materials.

Excellent project management and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Experience with office technology, workplace solutions, or hardware/software products.

Experience collaborating with channel marketing or partner ecosystems.

Familiarity with digital content distribution and audience engagement practices.
