Compensation Details:
Base:
$53,000 - $70,000
Annual On Target Earnings (OTE):
Up to $140K
Top performers can exceed OTE through consistency, activity, and strong closing skills.
What This Role Is:
This is a high-velocity, SMB outbound sales role.
Running a high volume of outreach daily
Closing shorter sales cycles
Owning your pipeline from prospecting to close
Identifying and qualifying SMB clients in the health, beauty, & wellness industry.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, activity-driven sales environments.
Location: This is a fully onsite role in Pleasanton, CA (5 days / week).

What You’ll Do:
Prospect and engage SMB businesses
Execute high-volume outreach (calls, email, social)
Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
Close deals using a consultative approach
Maintain pipeline in Salesforce
Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position Vagaro in the market
Who This Is Perfect For:

What You Bring:
Preferred Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a sourcing and closing SMB sales (or relatable experience)
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment
Self-motivated, adaptable, and coachable
General technical proficiency with software
Salesforce or CRM experience (nice to have)
