We are searching for an Associate Account Executive to join our Cloud Sales Center (CSC) team, helping companies adopt AWS solutions and driving new and existing customer growth. The role requires a combination of sales expertise, tech knowledge, and a passion for innovation.
As an AWS Demand Generation Representative, you will generate new business opportunities across thousands of accounts and partner closely with Account Teams to develop long‑term relationships. You will own top‑of‑funnel activities, conduct high‑quality account research, source net new contacts, and maintain pipeline using Salesforce.
Key Job Responsibilities
Work with other sales team members to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined via demonstrations, discovery, and qualification.
Utilize product knowledge and internal resources to leverage technical skillsets to meet customer needs.
Achieve all input and output goals including contacts sourced, leads qualified, customer calls completed, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created.
Drive net new business via outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound opportunities from marketing and partner channels.
Expand services breadth and consumption within existing customers via account planning and territory management.
Accurately track activity and develop pipeline using Salesforce, leveraging self‑service reporting tools.
Innovate new and creative ways to engage with new customers and deepen existing relationships.
Understand customers’ technology footprints, challenges, and objectives.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in IT sales.
Experience navigating prospective accounts to senior executive level to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales or equivalent certification.
Experience using Salesforce.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Hourly Compensation:
$31.00 - $54.00 USD

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units and other incentives. Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
