Interventional
- The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner™ and Turnpike™ Catheters, Ringer™ Perfusion Balloon Catheter, AC3 Optimus™ and AC3 Range™ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps and the OnControl™ Powered Bone Access System. Teleflex’s product portfolio now also includes Passeo–-18 Lux™ Peripheral Drug-Coated Balloon Catheter, Pantera™ Lux™ Drug-Coated Balloon Catheter, Orsiro™ Mission™ Drug-Eluting Stent, the PK Papyrus™ Covered Coronary Stent, and more. Position Summary The NA Product Manager (PM) is responsible for the North American commercial strategy, lifecycle management, and financial performance of Teleflex’s OnControl™ Powered Bone Access System. This role owns the development and execution of comprehensive commercialization strategies that drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin performance. The PM serves as the subject matter expert for their product portfolio and acts as the central cross-functional leader across Sales, Clinical & Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory/Quality, Operations, Finance, and Global Markets. The position requires solid business acumen, clinical understanding, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies within a regulated medical device environment.
Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies and annual marketing plans
Track actual performance versus targets; identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Lead pricing strategy development and portfolio optimization
Design and test economic value propositions aligned to hospital and physician stakeholders
Drive sustainable revenue growth and lifecycle profitability
Product Launch Implementation
Support global and regional product launches, feature enhancements, and line extensions
Develop and deploy launch materials including:
Objection-handling tools
Clinical value messaging
Sales Enablement & Field Partnership
Develop and manage product line materials, sales tools, competitive positioning, and training programs
Ensure promotional materials comply with regulatory and promotional review requirements
Support global markets with positioning guidance, claims development, and communication toolkits
Partner with Sales Leadership to drive execution of commercial tactics
Own execution of key industry meetings, conferences, and tradeshows
Develop competitive response materials and differentiation strategies
Analyze CRM dashboards and market data to identify opportunities for account penetration and share gain
Customer & Clinical Engagement Support
Support product evaluations, physician programs, and clinical education initiatives
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Training teams to ensure strong procedural competency and product understanding
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather feedback and inform commercial strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Support supply chain and operations teams to maintain high service levels
Perform all activities in compliance with the Teleflex Quality System and applicable regulatory requirements
Serve as a key interface between Sales and internal cross-functional teams
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field)
3–7+ years of medical device product management or related commercial experience
Demonstrated experience leading commercialization initiatives in regulated environments
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Strategic thinking with execution discipline
Robust project management capability
Ability to influence without direct authority
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
Medical device industry experience
Exposure to the Interventional Oncology market
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and dashboard analytics
Experience presenting to executive leadership
Experience building economic value proposition
Proven success managing product launches and lifecycle strategies
TRAVEL REQUIRED : up to 25%
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,500.00-$150,800 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
