R2076The CRM Strategist shapes the direction and performance of CRM programs for one of OneMagnify's most complex, high-volume client accounts by translating business objectives into contact strategies, journey frameworks, and optimization roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes across data, customer experience, and campaign execution. The work spans strategy, analytics, creative, and delivery teams, requiring both architectural thinking and execution-level precision.## The Impact You'll HaveCRM is where strategy meets the customer. This role defines how millions of contacts move through lifecycle experiences by shaping the logic, sequencing, and personalization that turn data into action and action into revenue. The work directly influences client retention, conversion, and growth across scaled, multi-channel programs.The role operates as a strategic partner to both internal teams and client leads, connecting audience intelligence with campaign architecture to build programs that are measurable, repeatable, and continuously improving. This isn't campaign management; it's program design with a point of view.At OneMagnify, CRM strategy is a core capability within our Experience Orchestration practice as part of a team building modern, data-informed customer experiences for complex B2B organizations, backed by advanced analytics, marketing technology, and AI-enabled systems.## What You’ll Do:* Develop campaign strategies and journey frameworks aligned to client business objectives and funnel-stage priorities* Define segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle trigger strategies grounded in behavioral and demographic data* Translate complex strategic direction into clear, executable plans for cross-functional teams* Own the strategic input for A/B and multivariate testing programs, from hypothesis development through prioritization and results synthesis* Partner with creative teams on template and content optimization recommendations informed by performance data* Lead monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance analysis with actionable insights tied to program and client metrics* Surface data patterns and diagnostic signals that inform strategic pivots and roadmap evolution* Maintain expertise in CRM trends, deliverability standards, and platform capabilities* Bring an informed perspective on industry trends, emerging approaches, and modern CRM tooling to the broader team## ## What You’ll Need:* 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM strategy, or lifecycle marketing; agency environment strongly preferred* Demonstrated strength in campaign strategy and journey-based thinking; hands-on platform execution experience is a plus* Analytically wired: comfortable with segmentation logic, performance diagnostics, and data-driven recommendations* Validated ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborators without losing thread or quality* Strong proficiency in Claude, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with modern marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., Braze, SFMC, HubSpot, CDPs)* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field## ## Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have):* Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools, predictive modeling, or automation platforms* Comfort working with data visualization tools or analytics platforms beyond Excel* Exposure to API-based integrations, cloud-based marketing infrastructure, or composable tech stacks## **Benefits**We believe great work happens when people have the support and flexibility they need to thrive.
