Summary Our client is seeking a Channel Management Analyst / Coordinator to support Channel Managers in the day-to-day execution and tracking of business activities across multiple sales channels. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, supporting channel operations, promotional planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional alignment with Product Management and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with experience tracking channel activity, analyzing promotional effectiveness, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite role supporting high-visibility channel operations and business performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Channel Operations & Coordination

Support the Channel Management PM team to help maximize business performance across assigned channels

Track and maintain real-time visibility into channel activities, promotions, and initiatives

Collect, update, and manage channel-related data, including assortment, pricing, and flooring information

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Managers and Sales teams to secure promotional vehicles

Support the seamless execution of promotional activities and marketing placements

Communicate updates, timelines, and status across internal stakeholders

Data Analysis & Reporting

Perform data analysis to measure, plan, and track the effectiveness of promotional events and marketing placements

Forecast and monitor promotional activity and sales trends by channel

Calculate estimated promotional costs, analyze results, and document achievement rates

Project & Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day coordination and project support for channel initiatives

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to channel performance and activity

Required Skills & Experience Experience

5+ years of experience in channel management, sales operations, retail coordination, or a related analytical or support role

Experience working with retailers or vendors in a channel-based environment

Sales experience within Consumer Electronics (CE) is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Knowledge

Basic understanding of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services

Familiarity with marketing, media production, and communication techniques

Bachelor’s degree required
