Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers in choosing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize dealership tools, CRM systems, and follow‑up practices to manage and nurture customer relationships. Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve personal and dealership sales goals. Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge regarding Volkswagen models and features.
Qualifications and Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and professional attitude. Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and develop. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Able to thrive in a structured and fast‑paced work environment.
