Accountabilities

Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact

Guide clients in leveraging messaging platforms as a strategic channel for growth and performance

Analyze client performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Develop and execute tailored success strategies based on client goals, industries, and use cases

Translate client needs into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes and ROI

Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with product and technical teams to enhance offerings

Proactively support clients in achieving long‑term success and maximizing platform value

Requirements

Experience in client management, account management, customer success, or a related field (junior and senior profiles considered)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a client‑first mindset

Understanding of digital platforms, SaaS environments, or performance‑driven channels is a strong advantage

Proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability for client outcomes

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced, and asynchronous environment

Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to evolving client needs

For senior candidates: proven expertise in managing complex accounts, defining strategies, and driving scalable client success initiatives
