Brand Marketing Coordinator
Talent Plus is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Brand Marketing team. This role supports the daily execution of branding, marketing and communications initiatives while helping maintain the quality and consistency of the Talent Plus brand across the organization.
The Brand Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in how the Talent Plus brand shows up - both internally and externally. This position supports the execution of branding, marketing and learning program initiatives that shape how our client partners, prospects and colleagues experience our work. From ensuring materials are polished and on-brand, to supporting solution marketing and maintaining organized content systems, this role helps create consistency, clarity and professionalism across every brand touchpoint.

You'll gain hands‑on exposure to brand management, content development, social media, production design, digital platforms and marketing operations while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.
This position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and works closely with the Brand Experience Manager in day‑to‑day responsibilities.
What You’ll Do: Brand & Content Support
Review presentations, training materials and documents to ensure alignment with Talent Plus brand standards
Assist with production design and layout using established templates
Prepare files to be print‑ready and production‑ready for both internal and client‑facing use
Support updates to website content, including SEO research, refinement and optimization
Help maintain consistency in visual identity and brand application across materials
Monitor and manage social media channels and engagement activity
Support social listening efforts and maintain reporting tools
Track trends and conversations relevant to Talent Plus and our industries
Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to build the monthly content calendar including focused topics, blogs, articles, emails and other ongoing content management
Assist in managing the day‑to‑day execution of the content calendar
Marketing Operations & Coordination
You will help keep marketing and learning program efforts organized, accessible and moving forward.
Support client team requests for training and marketing materials
Support sales and growth team requests for marketing campaigns, materials and presentations
Help maintain organized document libraries and shared resources
Assist with file and asset management across platforms
Coordinate and align with sales and resource manager for events and conferences
Conduct research to support content planning
Print & Production Support
You will play a hands‑on role in preparing physical and digital materials that support training, events and internal initiatives.
Prepare marketing and training materials for printing
Work alongside the Resource Manager to learn and support internal print processes
Ensure materials meet quality and formatting standards
Event & Team Support
You will help support in‑office experiences and internal events that contribute to our culture and brand presence.
Assist with in‑office events and internal experiences
Capture photos for internal communications and marketing use
Support preparation of materials for meetings and special projects

Preferred Skills & Experience: Required
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with a clear eye for grammar, tone, clarity and consistency
High attention to detail, especially when reviewing presentations, training materials and client‑facing documents
Ability to spot formatting, visual and brand inconsistencies and correct them
A timely and professional response to internal and external needs
Tools & Technical skills (experience or willingness to learn quickly)
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro required; Illustrator/Photoshop a plus) for editing, formatting and preparing documents
Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams) for reviewing, building and refining presentations and materials
HubSpot for supporting the Brand Experience Manager in creating workflows, implementing growth team requests, content organization and supporting marketing operations
Zoom for internal and external meetings, whiteboarding and webinar support
Canva for design and simple video content creation
ClickUp for project tracking, organization and task management
SEMRush for keyword research, search trend insights and supporting website/content optimization decisions
Additional expectations:
Experience with basic design and layout using templates (academic, internship or early professional experience is sufficient)
Comfort learning new systems, processes and tools quickly
Interest in how brand standards are applied in day‑to‑day work
You do not need to be an expert in all areas, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and applying feedback quickly
