By building a strong understanding of audience needs and creating a pioneering, playful, scalable training offering you will help elevate the LEGO brand experience for branded store teams, children and adult shoppers alike. Proven experience in a Retail Training or Retail Operations function with a Training componentStrong training design competence with strong verbal and written communication competence and copywriting skillsExperience from a large, global branded retail organization Strong Collaboration skills Demonstrated Product Training Experience & Sales or Guest Experience Training
