Responsibilities
Under the supervision and guidance of the Branch Director of Operations the Camp Director is responsible for the planning, organization, promotion, implementation, and supervision of the summer camp program and staff. Although primarily a seasonal position, pre-camp and post-camp season engagement is essential.
Qualifications
College Degree in a child related or managerial area or experience and education equivalent.
Previous experience leading a camp or ASC program.
Mature, positive, enthusiastic personality with an ability to work and lead large teams.
Ability to communicate to a diverse population.
Strong, proven background in child development, childcare, community work, or youth serving areas.
Previous supervisory experience.
Leadership ability and experience.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
