We're looking for a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representative who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities. In this role, you'll own the sales process from first touch to close—prospecting, building relationships, and consistently hitting (and beating) your numbers.
What You'll Do: Lead Generation & Pipeline Building Prospect and identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research Qualify leads and build a strong, consistent pipeline
Customer Engagement Connect with prospects and existing clients through phone, email, and other channels Understand customer needs and position the right solutions Build genuine, long-term relationships that drive repeat business
Sales Execution Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close Present products/services with confidence and clarity Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively
Performance & Reporting Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Track activity, pipeline, and results to stay on top of performance
CRM Management Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities Use CRM tools (such as GSS) to manage leads and drive follow-ups
What You Bring: Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Natural ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly Proven sales experience with a track record of success Customer-first mindset with top-tier service skills Experience with CRM systems Solid time management and organizational skills Ability to think on your feet and solve problems
