Position Objective Provide customer service and assistance to customers, outside sales, and operations teams. The position will report to the Branch Manager.
Compensation $21-$25 DOE
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow.
Submit sales orders and production tickets.
Understand the ERP application at a beginner level.
Perform customer service functions.
Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders.
Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
Essential Functions
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at a basic level.
Experience in agricultural, residential, or industrial pumping is preferred.
Experience with rotating equipment, liquid pumps, and motors preferred.
Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time.
Ability to Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.

Read and write in English.
Able to follow instructions.
Safety conscious.
Attendance.
Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
