We are looking for a Global Product Lead to shape the direction and drive outcomes for complex projects or portfolios within the Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team. The role can be based in New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, Boulder, CO, Chicago, IL, Irvine, CA, Mountain View, CA, Los Angeles, CA, San Bruno, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Sunnyvale, CA. Applicants may also locate at Playa Vista, CA if applicable.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in product or program management.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with data-driven analysis and reporting.
Experience implementing technical solutions and managing the product development life-cycle.
Ability to work independently and drive projects from ideation to execution in an ambiguous and constantly evolving environment.
Ability to craft engaging narratives and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders along with excellent presentation skills.
Interest in improving products or business processes.

The team ensures Google’s ever-evolving Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively. GTM’s Global Business Applied AI team builds business tools to ensure workflows are technology-first, leveraging the best of AI across sales and services.
As a Global Product Lead, you will simplify Ads products, build the productivity tool ecosystem for Google Ads users, and elevate the customer experience. You will advocate for product improvements and features backed by data, empower teams, and drive the product vision across cross-functional partners such as Support, Professional Services, Product Management, Developer, Sales, Finance, and UX.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000–$175,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by location and experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee the life-cycle of planning, designing, and deploying an internal tool or product, ensuring product readiness and managing stakeholder communication.
Derive critical insights from customer feedback and data analysis to uncover improvement opportunities and share findings with internal teams.
Identify product gaps based on feedback or metrics, communicate issues to internal teams, and help solve them.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and other functional areas to develop products and tools, manage escalations, requirements, and advocate for stakeholder needs.
