We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.**Position Overview:**The Senior Marketing Project Manager works closely with the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, to ensure all product‐specific initiatives and product marketing campaigns are executed in a cohesive and timely manner. This role supports cross‐functional product marketing projects within the product and marketing teams. This role develops knowledge of the variety of mortgage products within CCM’s product library, serving as a product subject matter expert (SME) across the marketing teams and acting as a marketing liaison for the product teams. The Senior Marketing Project Manager maintains the library of product marketing collateral, ensuring it is organized and up to date with current products.**Job Responsibilities:*** Serve as a primary marketing partner for key internal CCM product and sales stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder business objectives are interpreted into effective marketing deliverables.* Translate executive priorities and marketing strategies into detailed project plans and timelines.* Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure marketing deliverables meet stakeholder objectives and are completed on time.* Proactively identify risks and escalate issues with clear recommendations and mitigation plans.* Utilize project management tools to track project deliverables and timelines.* Facilitate continuous improvement in process and team collaboration to execute project deliverables more effectively.**Qualifications and Skills:*** 8+ years of experience in an account/project management role at an advertising agency or brand.* Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic, deadline-driven environments while balancing competing priorities.* Experience utilizing project management tools to facilitate timelines and deliverables.* Familiarity with compliance and approval processes in regulated marketing environments, preferred.* Highly organized with the capability to translate broad business requirements and marketing strategies into actionable project plans.* Skilled in building effective working relationships and collaborating with cross‐functional teams.* Excellent communication skills.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
