Key Responsibilities:

Design, and develop social media content for clients, utilizing various types of media and touching upon a range of political issues.

Manage deadlines, deliverables, and various social media platforms across client teams, ensure complex topics are conveyed in an effective, easy-to-understand manner.

Conduct media research to better assist with drafting press releases, talking points, speeches, and other written communications.

Participate in discussions informing media strategies and decision making, staying informed with current events and monitoring digital campaigns performances.

Assist with developing strong media relations with reporters and relevant media outlets.

Ensure communications and content align with clients’ goals and current media trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Communications knowledgeable. You currently hold a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in political communications. Candidates with prior experience in a communications agency or government affairs will stand out!

Software expert. You are a tech scholar and have strong skills operating on a variety of platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Canva, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, X, YouTube), and more.

Creative and concise. You enjoy projects that require thinking outside of the box. Using excellent writing skills, you can confidently translate dense topics into clear, easy to understand material.

Dedicated to quality. You work with a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment without compromising your work quality.
