Drive Regional Growth for Life‑Saving Interventions by identifying market opportunities and executing a strategic outreach plan that increases referral volumes for our speciality care clinics. Cultivate an Elite Network of Referring Providers by serving as the primary clinical liaison for clinics, ensuring our program is their first choice. Educate the Medical Community on Advanced Capabilities by delivering high‑impact presentations on surgical outcomes, referral criteria, and care pathways to ensure high‑risk patients reach the right level of care. Partner with Hospital and Service Line Leadership to align physician outreach with program goals, optimizing the "concierge‑level" experience for referring offices and growing surgical elective volumes. Synthesize Market Intelligence into Actionable Strategy by tracking referral trends and market share to pivot outreach tactics and maintain a competitive edge in pediatric subspecialty care. What minimum qualifications you’ll need
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional requirements you’ll need
Healthcare Business Development Expertise:
A minimum of 5 years of proven success in physician relations or medical sales. Strategic Territory Management:
