Marketing Technical Product Manager - Contract

9-month contract (through 12/31/2026)
Location: For contract roles, we are open to fully remote candidates within US;must be comfortable with some flex hours for key meetings.We are also open to considering contract-to-hire candidates; however, they must be based in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or New York City.
Project Hours:
40 hours per week
The expected compensation for this contract is $142,800 to $187,200 per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science, owning end-to-end campaign execution with a strong emphasis on operationalrigor and technicalexcellence. You willensure campaigns arelaunched efficiently, withaccuratetracking, telemetry, and performance measurement frameworks in place.
The idealconsultantis a highly organized,proactive,detail-oriented program manager who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functionalenvironments and can translate marketing goals into seamless technicalexecutionand flawlessly communicate withstakeholders along the way.
Program Management
Own end-to-end execution of technicalmarketingcampaigns, from intake and planning throughlaunch, QA, and performance analysis; includesexperiment setupandtracking
Translate campaignobjectivesinto detailed technicalimplementation plans, aligning stakeholders on requirements, dependencies, and execution approach
Build andmaintaindetailed project plans outlining scope, timelines,anddependencies to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Product, and Marketing Data Science (MDS) teams to drive execution alignment andlaunch readiness
Drive cross-functionalalignment by proactively surfacing risks, resolving blockers, and enablingtimelydecision-making across stakeholders
Campaign Setup & Technical Execution
Owncampaigns end-to-end including hands-onconfiguration within internaltools (targeting, pacing, surfaceselection, asset uploads, etc.)
Drive campaigns through approvalworkflows and coordinatelaunches with Engineering and MDS
Ensureaccurateimplementation and validation of campaign tracking, telemetry, and measurement systems prior tolaunch
Document campaign configurations, technicalspecs, and testing plans
Identifyand drive tooling enhancements and process improvements to increase speed to market and reduce operationalfriction
Quality Assurance & Optimization
Conduct QA tovalidatecampaign setup, targeting accuracy, and delivery performance
Monitorlive campaigns and partner withthe MDSteamto deployoptimization strategies
Own bug intake and triage during testing andlaunch, working closely with Engineering to drivetimelyresolution
Leveragestatus / campaignadoption metrics, survey data, and performance analysis to evaluate campaign impact
Develop performance summaries and internalupdates that highlight key insights, outcomes, and actionable recommendations
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and process improvements across campaign operations
Qualifications
8+ years intechnicalprogram management, marketing program management, or marketing operations
Proven ability to manage multiple programs/projects and proactively communicate status, including progress and blockers
Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms or campaign management tools
Strong experience partnering with engineering, data science, and analytics teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technicalconcepts for non-technicalaudiences
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizationalskills, including planning, prioritization, and risk management
High attention to detailand a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Quicklearner with strong technicalaptitude
