Field Marketing Manager

Location: Preferred: United Kingdom (Europe / Remote | Travel Required)
We’re partnering with a fast‑growing technology company to hire an experienced Field Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of regional marketing strategy and pipeline generation across key markets.
This role supports a leading AI observability company helping enterprises monitor, troubleshoot, and improve machine learning performance in production.

The Opportunity You’ll lead field marketing across major regions, owning everything from campaign strategy to execution. This includes events, account‑based marketing, regional programs, and sales enablement all with a clear focus on accelerating opportunities and generating pipeline.
You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with sales leadership, product marketing, and partnerships to build targeted, high‑impact programs that resonate with technical buyers.
What You’ll Drive Pipeline Growth & Sales Alignment
Own pipeline goals for your regions
Build integrated campaigns that generate & accelerate opportunities
Collaborate with sales on target accounts, messaging, and follow‑up strategy
Track results, evaluate ROI, and optimize program spend
Regional Campaign Execution
Create and run local campaigns across events, digital, email, partners, and more
Tailor messaging for technical audiences (ML engineers, data scientists, engineering leaders)
Manage budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional workflows
Account‑Based Marketing
Build targeted ABM motions for high‑value accounts
Coordinate executive engagement, custom content, and multi‑touch plays
Track account engagement and continuously refine messaging
Event Strategy & Delivery
Lead strategy & execution for field events: executive dinners, meetups, user groups, roundtables, and conference activations
Oversee end‑to‑end logistics and ensure events generate qualified pipeline
Support major flagship events across key global hubs
Messaging & Enablement
Craft compelling campaign messaging
Build enablement materials such as talk tracks, one‑pagers, and competitive insights
Equip sales teams with the tools needed to convert demand
Measurement
Set clear KPIs across pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and ROI
Report performance insights and guide future investment decisions
What We're Looking For
3+ years of B2B field marketing experience (technical / developer tools ideal)
Strong background owning events of all sizes from 20‑person roundtables to 500+ attendee conferences
Proven success driving pipeline impact from field programs
Skilled project manager able to run multiple initiatives across regions
Experienced with vendor negotiation, event logistics, messaging, and sales alignment
Data‑driven, analytical mindset with ability to measure event and campaign ROI
Comfortable with 30–40% travel
Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving environments
Bonus
Experience in AI, machine learning, data, or developer‑focused products
Familiarity with event tech and marketing automation tools
Compensation Estimated annual salary: €115,000–€141,000 + equity
