This position is worldwide but clients must be in the USA. This is a pure sales role: you identify opportunities, close deals, and maximize client engagement, we handle candidate sourcing and placement delivery. If you thrive on hunting new business, building client relationships, and earning uncapped commissions, this role is for you. Compensation
Tiered Commission Plan: 20%–45% of Gross Margin No cap on earnings Top producers can realistically earn
$120K–$250K+ annually , depending on performance. What You’ll Do
Prospect and acquire new IT staffing clients (contract & direct hire) Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate rates, fees, and contracts Drive revenue growth through recurring contractor placements and direct hire deals Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction You own the client side of the business desk, pipeline, and revenue growth are in your hands. Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience (IT staffing, technology, or professional services preferred) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Hunter mentality self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial Comfortable in a 100% commission environment Why Join Empowers Staffing?
