Role Objective To generate business and promote
precast concrete products
by building relationships with
builders, contractors, developers, architects, and consultants .
Key Responsibilities
Promote precast products and build networks.
Identify and approach new clients in construction and real estate sectors. Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales orders.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals.
Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams for project execution. Track upcoming construction projects and market opportunities.
Maintain client relationships and regular follow-ups.
Key Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of construction projects and building materials.
Ability to handle technical sales and client coordination.
