Account Executive – Entry Level (Territory B2B Sales) Location: Centennial, CO | Full-Time | Onsite | W-2 Launch Your Sales Career With a Clear Path to Six Figures At Pacific Office Automation (POA), sales is more than hitting numbers – it’s about building long-term business partnerships. We’re looking for driven, competitive, and coachable individuals who are ready to build a career in B2B sales. In this role, you’ll own a protected territory in the greater Denver/Centennial area, run a full sales cycle, and have uncapped earning potential supported by extensive training and mentorship. What You’ll Do

Own a Local Territory

Manage your own B2B sales territory in the

Centennial/greater Denver area , defined by zip codes. Territories are structured so each rep has a balanced number of businesses. Call on companies across a wide range of industries – your territory is defined by geography, not limited by vertical. Prospect : Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Discovery : Meet with decision-makers to understand their workflows, pain points, and technology needs. Present & Demonstrate : Recommend and demonstrate POA’s solutions (copiers, printers, software, managed IT, and more). Close Deals : Build proposals, negotiate, and close new agreements. Maintain & Grow Accounts : Provide ongoing support and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts. Structure Your Day for Success

B Time (Office – Start and End of Day)

Make prospecting calls and set appointments. Research target companies and key contacts. Complete follow-ups, proposals, and admin tasks in CRM.

A Time (Field – Core Business Hours)

Meet face-to-face with prospects and current customers. Conduct on-site assessments, demos, and presentations. Build relationships with business owners and executives.

Train, Learn, and Grow

Complete a structured

100-day training program

focused on:

POA’s 5-step sales process. Product, solution, and industry training. Shadowing and ride-alongs with experienced reps.

Work closely with your Field Sales Manager, who acts as your mentor and coach. What We’re Looking For

0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or another people-focused role. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. High energy, strong work ethic, and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to business owners and executives. Entrepreneurial drive and desire to control your income. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and comfort working in a field-based role. Background in athletics, leadership, or other competitive environments is a plus. Compensation & Earning Potential

First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$65,000+ ; top performers can earn

$100,000+ . Non-Recoverable Draw / Guaranteed Income While You Ramp:

as you build your book of business. If you are in a deficit, you never owe that money back – the draw is our investment in your development.
