About the Role Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a
Corporate Revenue Strategist
to lead revenue strategy across our growing portfolio of hotels.
This is a
high-impact, strategic role
focused on driving performance — not day-to-day property execution.
You will partner with executive leadership and guide property teams to improve
RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability
across the portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Lead
portfolio-wide revenue strategy
across all properties
Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Optimize pricing, segmentation, and channel mix
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategy
Provide
forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights
Standardize revenue best practices across the portfolio
Coach and guide property leaders (without owning execution)
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of hotel revenue management experience
Strong background in
multi-property or portfolio-level strategy
Proven ability to drive
RevPAR, ADR, and RGI performance
Highly analytical with strong business and financial acumen
Experience with revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, SynXis, PMS)
Confident communicator who can influence senior leaders
