Kitchen & Floor Decor is a growing interior renovation company specializing in kitchens, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. We work with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and developers across Massachusetts, delivering high-quality designs with a strong focus on customer experience, organization, and execution.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Designer to join our team in Billerica, MA. This is a fully on-site, high-paced role focused on designing functional and visually appealing kitchen and flooring solutions for residential clients.

This position requires someone who can work efficiently, manage multiple projects at once, and produce accurate designs under tight timelines .

• Meet with clients in the showroom and on-site to understand project scope, needs, and budget
• Create kitchen layouts, cabinetry designs, and flooring plans using 2020 Design software
• Prepare design presentations, material selections, and detailed specifications
• Generate estimates and proposals based on project scope
• Coordinate with sales, project managers, and installation teams
• Ensure designs align with field conditions, measurements, and installation requirements
• Maintain organized project documentation and consistent client communication
• Assist clients with product selections (cabinets, countertops, flooring, finishes)

• Proven experience in kitchen design is required
• Proficiency in 2020 Design is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of cabinetry layout, measurements, and construction basics
• Experience with flooring materials (LVT, tile, hardwood)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Experience working with a residential renovation or construction company
• Sales experience or comfort discussing pricing and closing projects
• Familiarity with local Massachusetts residential construction practices
