Senior Mechanical Designer – Energy Projects
Join a dynamic team delivering modular energy equipment. You’ll develop 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models from P&IDs and project specifications
Collaborate with engineers, fabrication teams, and vendors to resolve design issues
Monitor project schedules and report design progress
Manage design changes and potential conflicts to keep projects on track
Support the development and improvement of design standards
Qualifications & Experience
Degree, diploma, or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, CAD Technology, or related field
2+ years designing modular or skid-mounted industrial equipment
Proficient in 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, CADWorx, or equivalent)
Knowledge of piping and structural design; familiarity with ANSI/ASME standards
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in energy, power generation, or oil & gas
Familiarity with compression packages, pressure systems, or modular assemblies
