Experienced Real Estate Escrow Closer - MSC Title

MSC Title is expanding and we are seeking an Experienced Real Estate Escrow Closer to join the Michael Saunders Family in our Downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key and Lakewood Ranch offices. This position requires a customer service professional focused on delivering exceptional service for real estate buyers, sellers, and realtors. The candidate will be clearing title requirements, preparing ALTA and CD statements, closing documents, and coordinating with leaders, realtors and customers to ensure a smooth closing takes place. Qualifications: Must possess at least 2 years' closing experience in the title industry, including 1 year in Florida Energetic team player who is positive, has a great sense of humor and a professional image Must have excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills Proficient in windows based computing; literate in MS Word, Email and the Web Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize work Must be able to work independently and be a reliable team player Must be comfortable speaking at sales meetings Building relationships with Realtors is required Knowledge of Qualia software, a plus We offer excellent benefits including: Employee-paid healthcare starts on day 91 Vacation, sick, and personal time off starts on day 91 A fun, locally owned family company that genuinely cares about its employees This is a full-time salaried in-person position Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
