Commercial Insurance Specialist
Compensation And Benefits

Experience and proper licensing are
required .
What You Will Do The Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales.
Qualifications
Licensed – Active Property & Casualty License required; insurance experience necessary.
Prior commercial insurance experience required.
Multi‑tasking – Ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner.
Team oriented – Ability to work as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
Responsibilities
Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
Quote and sell policies
Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners
Follow up and see tasks through to completion
Appropriately document contact opportunities
Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset
