37.5 hour work schedule: On-Site Hours: 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.
Salary - $45,000 - $55,000 (please do not apply if your salary requirements are higher)
No On-Call Responsibilities
Fully Paid Medical and Dental Insurance FOR Family Coverage - Paid 100% by the Employer (MHAGH)
Paid Time Off for Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing property operations, including leasing tasks, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Support processes including collecting rents, preparing renewals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and HUD guidelines.
Utilize OneSite property management software to input data accurately, generate reports, and maintain organized records.
Handle tenant inquiries professionally by phone and in person, addressing concerns promptly and effectively, or escalating to the Property Manager, as needed.
Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to uphold safety standards and property appearance.
Qualifications
Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, HUD housing policies, and Fair Housing regulations.
Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiarity with OneSite, or similar property management software.
Demonstrated ability to handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks efficiently in an organized office environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
