Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Rental Agent to join our team in New York, NY. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for representing tenants in procuring an apartment, liaising between landlords and tenants, and providing outstanding customer service. Key tasks include assisting clients with property viewings, marketing rental properties, negotiating on behalf of tenants, managing tenant relations, and ensuring an efficient apartment hunting experience. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
Qualifications
New agents welcome, but must be coachable!
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and tenants
Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with New York City real estate laws and regulations is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently AND collaboratively within a team
Your most important asset is your time, full time, 6 days a week. We are available for our clients at all times.
Have a coachable personality and be a collaborative team player.
Trail your team leads, and learn the rental market as quickly and efficiently as possible.
