
Senior Associate Product Controller - Home Lending

Join JPMorgan Home Lending (CCB) Product Controllers team in a vital & dynamic role where we oversee the CCB Home Lending portfolio to ensure accurate reporting while providing valuable insights to senior management through analytics and forecasting.
As a senior associate product controller supporting Home Lending portfolio, you will work closely with Controllers, Capital Markets, and Planning & Analysis to ensure that the P&L, balance sheet, month end close and forecasting deliverables are done correctly and accurately. You will drive process improvements through strong partnership and automation while developing subject matter expertise in the mortgage portfolio. Additionally, you will work on various projects to uplift the current state of reporting/forecasting by increasing transparency on the data, enhancing controls and building best practices for data analysis.
Job Responsibilities
Own P&L and B/S reporting and forecasting deliverables
Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to senior finance management and capital markets
Partner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls, process improvements with a focus on automation, and new business initiatives
Drive coordination across Planning & Analysis, CFO, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Financial Control teams to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
4+ years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area
Experience doing P&L, month end close and forecasting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Solid understanding of financial products would be advantageous
