Overview Nasseh Law PLLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist our attorneys in protecting real estate investments and securing our clients' futures. This is an impactful role where you will go beyond administrative support to engage directly with substantive legal work in Florida’s fast‑paced real estate and estate planning market.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Research & Writing:
Conduct research on Florida statutes and case law related to real estate disputes, probate avoidance, and Florida Land Trusts.
Drafting & Documentation:
Assist in drafting contracts, motions, and essential estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, and Lady Bird Deeds.
Title & Closing Support:
Assist with title due diligence and the preparation of closing documents for residential and commercial transactions.
Case Management:
Help organize case files, manage client intake, and track deadlines for active litigation and estate administration.
Content Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure legal accuracy in educational blog posts and social media content.
Qualifications
Current Law Student (1L, 2L, or 3L) or Recent JD Graduate.
Strong interest in Real Estate Law or Asset Protection.
Excellent legal research and analytical skills; familiarity with Westlaw or LexisNexis is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
A proactive, "can-do" spirit and the ability to work independently in a professional environment.
