Are you a skilled optician with a flair for fashion and a passion for leadership? Market Square optical, a premiere eyewear boutique in Beverly Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and experienced optician/manager to operate our Beverly location and provide exceptional service to our clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of the boutique, insurance, smooth, and efficient functioning.
Provide expert optical services, including fitting and adjusting eyewear.
Assisted customers in selecting eyewear that meets their optical needs and compliments their style.
Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, and revenue.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with performing eye exams
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified optician
Who has experience in optical retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficiency with optical equipment and software.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Has a keen sense of style and knowledge of current eyewear trends.
