THEPOSITION Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real‑world situations. You’ll also strengthen your leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills along the way.

This part‑time position requires 15–20 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the Summer and Fall semesters, beginning June 23, 2026, and concluding November 19, 2026.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Assist with archival media management and digitization

Basic photo and video editing, pulling clips from existing videos, simple photo retouches B roll string out assemblies and clip selections

Assist with on‑site logistics at festivals, including social media marketing, giveaway winner prize fulfillment and media partner support

Coordinate with creative team on copywriting & asset production

Assist with simple graphic design tasks via PhotoShop, InDesign a plus

Provide general administrative support as needed

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Gain an understanding of photo and video content production within the live entertainment industry, including basic editing, media organization, and content preparation

Learn how digital and visual content supports festival marketing efforts, including social media promotion, creative asset development, and on‑site content needs

Develop organizational, communication, and teamwork skills while supporting content producers and marketing teams in day‑to‑day operations

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

This role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office. It is not a remote internship

Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for

Junior or Senior standing

Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)

Creative thinker and problem solver

Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy

A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok

Resourceful and detail‑oriented

Not afraid to ask for help

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion

Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with in‑office availability Tuesday through Thursday

Ability to bring apersonallaptoptothe office
