Growth Associate responsible for building and scaling expert sourcing pipelines powering frontier AI model training. This is a highly technical growth and operations role combining GTM automation, recruiting, and data-driven execution. Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and scale automated expert sourcing pipelines across multiple channels Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify, engage, and onboard high-quality professionals Design and execute outbound workflows to grow expert network from 100K to hundreds of thousands Manage high-volume recruiting pipelines with strong operational discipline Develop and implement automation stacks using tools such Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Zapier, or custom scripts Run experiments to improve conversion, sourcing efficiency, and pipeline throughput Analyze funnel performance and optimize based on data insights Collaborate directly with founding team on growth strategy and execution Requirements
0–4 years experience in growth, recruiting, operations, or outbound sales Experience with outbound sourcing or lead generation workflows Strong analytical skills and comfort with funnel modeling and pipeline metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills High agency, resourcefulness, and competitive drive Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
