The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the overall leadership, direction, and operation of all food and beverage outlets at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort. This role partners closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive financial performance, and uphold Omni’s service standards and culture. Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, and pool operations Lead, mentor, and develop F&B managers and line-level associates to ensure high performance and engagement Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered and maintained Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, including cost control and revenue optimization Monitor and maintain quality assurance, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with culinary, catering, and events teams to execute seamless group and banquet experiences Analyze guest feedback, operational metrics, and financial reports to drive continuous improvement Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of F&B team members Maintain strong visibility on the floor during peak service periods Support implementation of brand initiatives, promotions, and seasonal programming Qualifications
