SENIOR RECRUITER THAT KNOWS HOW TO FIND TALENT - NOT JUST POST JOBS!
I’m looking for a strong senior-level recruiter for a 6–12 month contract opportunity to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is not a “post the job and wait” recruiting role.
I need someone who is a true hunter — someone who knows how to proactively source, engage, and close talent across both:
Technical / professional-level positions
High-volume production hiring
This person must be able to operate strategically while also staying close to the day-to-day execution of recruiting.
What I’m looking for:
Senior-level recruiting experience
Strong sourcing and direct outreach capability
Experience recruiting in manufacturing and/or industrial environments is strongly preferred
Ability to manage both professional recruiting and production hiring
Must be willing and able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week
I’m looking for someone who can come in, build momentum quickly, and help drive results.
